The main component of the ceramic ball valve is a ball, usually made of alumina ceramic balls. The diameter of the sphere is the same as the diameter of the pipe, and the sphere rotates when the valve is opened and closed for fluid control.
The sealing structure is the key part of the valve, which affects the sealing and flow control accuracy of the valve. Ceramic ball valve adopts bidirectional sealing structure, including axial sealing structure and radial sealing structure. The axial sealing structure refers to the sealing ring to seal the valve stem and the upper end cover, and the radial sealing structure refers to the sealing surface formed through the ball seat to prevent fluid leakage.
