Zirconia ceramic tubes (ZrO₂ ceramic tubes) are high-performance ceramic products, mainly composed of zirconia. They possess excellent characteristics such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength and wear resistance.

Key Characteristics：
1.High Heat Resistance:
The melting point of zirconia is as high as approximately 2700℃, and it can operate stably in a high-temperature environment of over 1600℃ for a long time (this depends on the stabilization treatment method).
2.Excellent mechanical properties:
The bending strength and fracture toughness are much higher than those of ordinary ceramics (such as alumina), and some stable zirconia (such as YSZ) even have the reputation of being "ceramic steel".
3.Low thermal conductivity:
Suitable for use as a high-temperature insulation material.
4.Chemical inertness:
Resistant to corrosion by acids and alkalis, especially performing exceptionally well in strong acids (such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid) and strong oxidizing environments.
