The production process of alumina tray crucibles involves several steps. Firstly, high-purity alumina
powder is mixed with a binder material to form a slurry. This slurry is then poured into a mold to shape
the crucible. The mold is typically made of plaster or silicone, which helps to maintain the desired shape
of the crucible during the firing process.
Once the slurry has been poured into the mold, it is left to dry and harden. The crucible is then carefully
removed from the mold and placed in a kiln for firing. During the firing process, the crucible is heated to
high temperatures, causing the alumina powder to sinter and bond together, forming a strong and durable
ceramic material.
After firing, the alumina tray crucible is carefully inspected for any defects or imperfections. It is then ready
