Yttria stabilized zirconia (YSZ) ceramic ring is a high-performance structural ceramic component processed by advanced ceramic preparation technologies such as powder pressing, sintering and precision machining, with yttria as the stabilizer to modify the crystal structure of zirconia.

Key Properties of YSZ Ceramic Rings:

High Strength & Toughness – YSZ has superior fracture toughness compared to other ceramics due to

tetragonal phase stabilization, preventing crack propagation.

Thermal Stability – Can withstand extreme temperatures (up to ~2000°C in some grades) with low thermal

conductivity.
